1. Wholesale Program

Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A. Yes, we provide wholesale terms for retailers such as craft shops, concept stores, and specialty boutiques.

Q. How do I apply for a wholesale account?

A. Please fill out the Google Form with your store details. Once approved, you will receive access to our wholesale catalog and order forms.

2. Minimum Order & Pricing

Q. What is your minimum order requirement?

A. The wholesale minimum order is $500 per order.

Q. Do you offer tiered discounts for larger orders?

A. Yes. Additional discounts may be available for high-volume or frequent purchases.

Q. Are prices listed in CAD or USD?

A. All wholesale prices are in CAD unless noted otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept bank transfers and e-transfers.
Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Q. Do you offer Net terms?

A. We do not offer Net terms for first-time buyers.
However, established wholesale partners may request Net 15/30.

Q. Are prices listed in CAD or USD?

A. All wholesale prices are in CAD unless noted otherwise.

4. Logistics & Fulfillment

Q. Where are orders shipped from?

A. All wholesale orders ship from Vancouver, Canada.

Q. Who pays for shipping?

A. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
We can also ship using your business account if preferred.

Q. How long does order processing take?

  • In-stock items: 3–7 business days
  • Large or mixed orders: 14–30 business days

5. Product Information

Q. Can I request samples?

A. No, we do not provide samples. However, you are welcome to view our products in person at our office in Metro Vancouver by appointment.

Q. Do you offer exclusive or early-access items?

A. Yes. Wholesale partners sometimes receive early access to limited items or seasonal kits.

6. Custom Orders & Collaboration

Q. Do you collaborate with local shops or instructors?

A. Absolutely. We welcome partnerships for workshops, pop-ups, classes, and seasonal campaigns.

7. Issues & Support

Q. What if items arrive damaged or missing?

A. Please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace or credit affected items.

Q. Can I return wholesale items?

A. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect shipments.
Due to wholesale pricing, we cannot accept returns of unsold inventory.
